Brief

Create a campaign aimed at customers who have an LMS with other providers to evaluate a migration and partnership with D2L.

Challenge Overview

The barriers, pains and difficulties of an LMS migration are very high. For this reason, the buyer persona often prefers to delay this process. Consequently, in order for the campaign to work, it must clearly and directly reflect the great benefits of initiating a complex and possibly lengthy migration.

Our Approach

We turned communications around and started from the concept that D2L understands the buyer persona’s pains in order to create a sense of complicity and then deliver the information on how D2L understands and solves those problems.
