Brief

Evolve Latam's most important customer loyalty event to an innovative format to attract the executive level leaders in higher education.

Challenge Overview

Create and deploy an initiative attractive and interesting enough for c-level roles and open new relationship spaces for sales and customer success teams.

Our Approach

Having recognized engagement among Higher Ed leaders as the main challenge, we proposed 2 fundamental changes in the way the project was conceived: Evolve from a model where the event itself is the protagonist to a branded content initiative based on leadership stories, supported by a long-range communication program. Flip the role of the participants: Move from a model where university presidents and decision makers were spectators to creating an exposure venue focused on them and around their achievements: their own legacies.
